WOMEN WHO BUILD
A place to belong whilst you're building.
Women Who Build is a free community for women building businesses, projects and meaningful lives.
A place for conversation, reflection and refinement.
What becomes possible when women have space to think and be together?
A space to share ideas, ask questions, and speak honestly about the realities of business, leadership and life.
"Winter Swans" by artist Carleigh CoureyTHE GATHERING
We gather monthly. The structure is simple.
A warm drink.
Open conversation.
Community.
A little space to hear yourself more clearly.
The gathering is free, and held on the third Saturday of each month, 9:30 to 11:30am.
We meet outside The Quad in Lismore, by Take Care cafe. If the weather turns, we move to a nearby cafe or reschedule; the call is posted in our Telegram community on the morning of the gathering.
No pitching. No pressure. You don't need to be in business at all, and you don't need to be at any particular stage. You simply need a willingness to participate.
Stay in the Loop
If you'd like to hear when we're gathering next, join the Women Who Build mailing list.
The conversation between letters lives in our Telegram community:
I'll write when there's something worth writing about: an upcoming gathering, a reflection worth passing on, a question worth sitting with. No noise in between.
CURRENT CONVERSATIONS
The conversations are shaped by the women IN THE COMMUNITY.
These conversations live in our Telegram community and deepen at the Business Circle.
The gathering itself has no agenda; the conversation follows what is alive.
Themes may include:
• Leadership
• Self-trust
• Decision-making
• Capacity and energy
• Business growth
• Visibility
• Boundaries
• Family and responsibility
• Change and transition
• Sustainability
• The tension between vision and reality
No two gatherings are exactly the same.
The conversation follows what is alive.
The Business Circle
For women wanting more focused support, the Women Who Build Business Circle meets every second month. A small facilitated session, capped at ten women, where you bring something real you're working through and leave with greater clarity and one practical next step.
Who This Is For
Women who:
• Value thoughtful conversation
• Desire community without pressure
• Are building businesses, projects or lives aligned with their values.
• Want perspective as they navigate growth and change
• Are seeking a more sustainable way to lead, work and live
ABOUT ASH
I hold two degrees in Design, and I've built and rebuilt businesses across different seasons of my life, including founding a values-led creative agency and closing my own fashion label. Those chapters reshaped how I understand ambition, identity and sustainable growth.
These days my work sits with women building meaningful businesses and lives. Drawing on Human Design, the Gene Keys and applied business strategy, I'm less interested in expansion for its own sake and more interested in what can be sustained: businesses that support a life rather than consume it.
Women Who Build began because, after an immersion I ran, the conversation didn't feel finished. This is the place where it continues.
The Invitation
There is wisdom in gathering.
Sometimes clarity arrives through conversation, through listening, or through realising you are not the only woman carrying what you carry.
If that resonates, we'd love to welcome you.
