Private Recalibration
Structural Advisory for Women in Business
Private advisory for the season you are in.
You have built something real.
Clients come.
The work is good.
And somewhere along the way, the way you are working stopped working for you.
You do not need another course, another framework, or another person telling you to want more. You need somewhere to think clearly, with someone who can see the whole of what you are building: the business, the life around it, and the woman carrying both.
Private Recalibration is that room.
WHAT IT IS
A private advisory container for founders and women navigating growth or change. Strategic support, reflection and refinement, tailored to your season; never a template.
We look at what you are building and how you are leading it. What is working and wants protecting. What no longer fits and is quietly costing you. What wants to evolve next, and the simplest structure that would let it.
The work draws on business strategy, Human Design and Gene Keys. The method sits underneath; the conversation stays fluid.
HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a live Foundational Reading, 45 minutes together, so the work is shaped around how you actually operate and decide.
From there, each month holds:
A strategic deep dive session on a first Friday
A defined structural focus for the month
A monthly check-in email to track progress
Email support between sessions
Telegram access, with Tuesday and Friday response windows
Each session closes with one clear next step you can complete straight away, so momentum belongs to you rather than to a list.
Between sessions:
You implement.
We refine.
We stabilise.
We close the loop.
What We Strengthen
Inside this container we refine: revenue architecture, offer structure and clarity, pricing alignment, capacity calibration, leadership positioning, marketing simplification, visibility coherence, and decision-making precision.
The guiding question stays simple: does this feel clean?
Clean revenue.
Clean structure.
Clean growth.
Add-On SERVICES
If a piece of implementation emerges from the work (a website, a system, a build), it is scoped and priced as its own project. Advisory stays advisory; your monthly investment never quietly becomes a to-do list I hand back to you.
-
Focused 1:1 sessions for offer design, pricing refinement, launch planning and marketing structure, added during our time together where the work calls for them.
-
Done-for-you build work, separately scoped and priced during the container.
-
Strategic brand refinement and visibility alignment: internal clarity translated into external coherence. Scoped by proposal.
THe PRACTICAL DETAILS
I hold two Private Recalibration clients at a time. That is what keeps the depth honest.
The initial investment is $2,500 per month.
A founding rate of $1,500 per month applies to the first three clients, and renewals are $1,200 per month.
The container runs for a minimum of three months, and it begins quarterly. Every client starts at the same point in the cycle, because the work has an arc, and it holds best when we are all moving through the same season together. I do not begin anyone mid-cycle.
At the close of each three-month cycle we review together, and any continuation is shaped intentionally rather than assumed.
Everything sits in a simple service agreement. No fine print.
Three places open each quarter.
If this sounds like the support your season is asking for, start with the application form and tell me a little about where you are. From there we will meet for a discovery call, and if the work feels right for both of us, we will agree the date your container begins, aligned with the next cycle.
There is no pressure waiting on the other side of the form.
A conversation first, always.
Not ready for the full season? The Recalibration Intensive holds the first month on its own.
To begin
Frequently asked, honestly answered.
-
One two-hour strategy session a month, held on the first Friday. Between sessions, the work moves at the size of a real week: one clear task at a time, sized so it's completable rather than looming. If a month is heavy with clinic, family or life, the container flexes. It's built for working women, not for a version of you with empty days.
-
Telegram is open. Voice notes and messages, sent whenever something surfaces, are often where the real work happens. I respond on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am and 4pm; the edges are deliberate, so my attention is whole when it turns to your business. Mid-month you'll receive a check-in email from me, and any documents you send get returned with reflections and questions rather than a rewrite.
-
No. Every engagement opens with a Foundational Reading, delivered live in the week before your container begins. I prepare everything; you bring your birth details and yourself. The reading isn't a detour from the strategy. It's what the strategy gets built on, so the business is shaped around how you actually move.
-
Not inside this container, and that's deliberate. Private Recalibration is advisory: strategy, reflection and refinement. If our work identifies something to be built, I'll scope it as its own project with its own fixed quote, and you decide with full information. Advisory time never quietly becomes build time, which protects the depth you're paying for.
-
$1,500 per month at the founding rate, offered to my first three clients. The standard investment is $2,500 per month for the initial three months and $1,200 for renewals.
Either way it's one flat price over the three-month container: with payment fees included, nothing added on. Payment is by monthly direct debit, with card available at the same price.
-
Because recalibration is structural, not cosmetic. The first month sees clearly, the second builds, the third integrates. Shorter than that produces insights without change.
-
Near the end of month three, we'll speak about whether the work continues. Renewal moves to a lighter-touch rhythm with its own shape and investment, offered as a natural progression, never an obligation. Nothing renews without your explicit yes.
-
No. Some women arrive through those doorways, others arrive ready. The application and the conversation that follows are how we both feel whether this is the right container at the right time.
-
If your business works because you carry it, and you're tired of that being the system, you're who this is for. The application asks the questions that matter; you don't need certainty to begin, just honesty.
