Private Recalibration is a private advisory and refinement container: strategic support, reflection and refinement, tied to your season. It runs for an initial three months, with one two-hour strategy session each month and considered support between.

The container is capped at three clients, so each engagement receives the depth it's promised.

Some women arrive here after Leading By Design or the Foundational Trilogy. Others arrive ready. The application below, and the conversation that follows it, is how we both feel whether this is the right container at the right time.

Every application is read carefully. You'll hear from me within 2 to 3 business days, and if it feels like a fit, the next step is a conversation, not a commitment.
