These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, expectations, and agreements between Ash White Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), for all mentoring, creative, and community services.

By engaging in any offering, booking a service, or purchasing a product through this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Ash White Studio provides creative and mentoring services, including but not limited to:

• Brand Mentoring Sessions

• Brand Strategy & Identity Packages

• Website Design

• Art Direction & Design Projects

• Embodiment & Community offerings (e.g., The Kundalini Club and Conscious Creatives Co)

All services are designed to support clarity, creativity, and alignment in your business, brand, or personal development. These services do not replace therapy, medical treatment, financial, or legal advice.

• All services are payable in advance to confirm your booking or project start date.

• For project-based work, a 50% deposit is required to commence, with the remaining balance due prior to project completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.

• For mentoring and session-based offerings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

• Payment plans may be available upon request and must be agreed upon before work begins.

• Mentoring sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• For project-based services, cancellations made after work has begun will forfeit the deposit, as this time and preparation are reserved exclusively for you.

• Should Ash White Studio need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted promptly to arrange a new time.

Due to the personalised and creative nature of the work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If a project or session cannot proceed due to extenuating circumstances, Ash White Studio may, at discretion, offer a credit or reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.

All information shared during mentoring sessions, strategy discussions, and creative collaborations is held in strict confidence.
Your personal details, business information, and creative concepts will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

All intellectual property, creative concepts, and design materials produced by Ash White Studio remain the property of Ash White Studio until full payment is received.

Upon full payment:

• You receive a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables (e.g., logos, brand assets, website designs) for your intended purpose.

• You may not alter, resell, or reproduce any materials outside the agreed scope without written permission.

• All frameworks, methodologies, and templates used within mentoring or design processes remain the intellectual property of Ash White Studio.

To ensure a successful collaboration, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as requested.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully.

• Honour agreed timelines and payment terms.

• Take full responsibility for your decisions, results, and implementation of guidance provided.

Ash White Studio reserves the right to pause or terminate a project or mentoring agreement if communication breaks down, respect is compromised, or payment terms are not met.

• Brand and design projects include a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal or package.

• Additional revisions or scope changes outside of the agreed deliverables will be billed at an hourly rate.

• Design feedback must be provided within 5 business days to maintain momentum and project flow.

For The Kundalini Club and Conscious Creatives Co:

• All memberships, workshops, or retreats are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

• You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect within group spaces.

• Ash White Studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the safety or integrity of the community.

• Practices and discussions shared in these spaces are for personal growth and not to be redistributed or taught without permission.

While all services are offered with care and professionalism, Ash White Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or materials. You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

Ash White Studio is not liable for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, or technical failures. In such cases, a new date or reasonable alternative will be arranged.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of NSW courts.

Ash White Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be published on the website.
