THE business circle

For the women who are building businesses.

Inside Women Who Build, the monthly gathering is the open door: all women, no agenda, pure connection.

The Business Circle is the room beside it, for the women building businesses who want focused, facilitated conversation about the real thing.

We meet regularly, and the topic of the circle is informed by what is alive within the community.

how it works

Each circle is a facilitated discussion. The topics aren't set by a curriculum; they're drawn from what's alive in the community, the questions and tensions women are actually sitting with that season. You'll leave with greater clarity and one practical next step.

What We Explore

The conversations are shaped by the women IN THE COMMUNITY.

Themes may include:

• Leadership

• Self-trust

• Decision-making

• Capacity and energy

• Business growth

• Visibility

• Boundaries

• Family and responsibility

• Change and transition

• Sustainability

• The tension between vision and reality

No two circles are exactly the same.
The conversation follows what is alive.

ABOUT ASH

I hold two degrees in Design, and I've built and rebuilt businesses across different seasons of my life, including founding a values-led creative agency and closing my own fashion label. Those chapters reshaped how I understand ambition, identity and sustainable growth.

These days my work sits with women building meaningful businesses and lives. Drawing on Human Design, the Gene Keys and applied business strategy, I'm less interested in expansion for its own sake and more interested in what can be sustained: businesses that support a life rather than consume it.

Women Who Build began because, after an immersion I ran, the conversation didn't feel finished. This is the place where it continues.

There is wisdom in gathering.

Sometimes clarity arrives through conversation, through listening, or through realising you are not the only woman building something meaningful.

If that resonates, we'd love to welcome you.
