Leading by Design is a half-day immersion introducing Human Design and the Gene Keys as practical frameworks for leadership refinement and structural clarity in business.
You will receive your personal Human Design & Gene Keys chart in advance and work directly from it throughout the session.

Ash White Studio is a structured body of work devoted to feminine leadership, energetic refinement, and sustainable business architecture.
Created as a progression — from reset to clarity, from internal recalibration to external expression — this work supports women navigating leadership evolution and structural refinement.
I hold two degrees in Design and have built — and rebuilt — businesses across different seasons of my life, including founding a values-led creative agency and previously closing my own fashion label.
Those chapters reshaped how I understand ambition, identity, and sustainable growth.
Drawing on Human Design, the Gene Keys, and applied business strategy, my focus is not expansion for its own sake — but alignment sustained over time.
